Jours de gloire Campagne: Le Danube

2001

Published by Vae Victis, Vae Victis

Description

Vae Victis issue 41. This, the first in the "Jours de Gloire" series, covers three campaigns in the Danube: Hohenlinden (1800), Austerlitz (1805), and Wagram (1809). The map is point-to-point, with hidden units supplying fog-of-war. As this is the first game in the series, Vae Victis recommends using the corrected and modified rules available in issue 52. This issue also includes a few corrected counters for issue 40. Also included are counters and scenarios for En Pointe Toujours II (#31), and also a campaign and new planes (Russian) for GMT's "Zero!", covering the 1939 Nomonhan campaign. As with all Vae Victis games, the counters need to be cut out and mounted. The rules are entirely in French, although translations are available online.
