Radley Crown, a wealthy art dealer, and Dyno-Mutt cover their true identities by working at the Crown Galery. They are really the Blue Falcon and Dyno-Mutt, dog wonder. In a secret room at the gallery, they receive orders from F.O.C.U.S. on an exotic video screen. Then they are off to track down the villains that threaten the sprawling big city.
