Quadro is a game developed from the old Dutch game called "Butter, Cheese and Eggs" (three-in-a-row, Tic-Tac-Toe) played in a 3x3 grid. Quadro is played in 3D on four 4x4 boards to give a game on a 4x4x4 grid of squares. Players attempt to get four in a row to get points. Four in a row can be score on a single board, but also using different boards (By occupying the first square of a row on one board, and the remaining squares of the corresponding rows on the another board). Bonus points can be scored by using only a single board for your row, or for using all four boards. See Also: Qubic - played on 4x4x4 grid instead of four separate boards in 2d.
