Spaceport Criminal Escape is a cooperative game, set on a planetary space station far into the future. During the game players become one of earth s most wanted criminals (a thief, forger, hacker, smuggler and assassin) who are attempting to flee earth to avoid trial. In order to escape they must purchase a ticket to board an outbound ship. At the same time they must avoid being recognised and arrested by the station s patrols. During the game the players move around the station attempting to collect enough money in order to purchase a ticket to escape, with each character having its own way to do so e.g. The thief steals wallets while at luggage stations while the hacker steals money from currency terminals (ATMs). Once a player has enough money to escape they purchase a ticket from the ticket office and move to the embarkation area where they become Safe .
