Almost 100 years after G.K. Chesterton and H.G. Wells created "the well-known and widespread national game of Gype" mentioned in Chesterton's Autobiography, Uncle Chestnut's Card Gype arrived on the scene. Players use a 54 card deck to assemble items from Uncle Chestnut's pockets into topics for his lectures and books. The rules are simple, but ever-changing. Card Gype features over 40 quotations from G.K. Chesterton, who was the basis for the fictional character "Uncle Chestnut." This game is based on the Fluxx game engine, designed by Andrew Looney, and is used with an understanding from Looney Labs .
