Wyrm Wars is a simple card game wherein players attempt to meld cards of like color. Melds score points geometrically proportionate to their number of cards. Several special-power cards as well as Dragons and Wyrms (which can remove a card from an opponent's meld and cancel a card as it is played, respectively) add variety and flavor. From the back of the box: In ages past, the Powers-that-be manifested themselves in spectacular conflict. Enter the war. Order the great Wyrms into battle. Build an empire. Spy on your opponents. Then dispatch a Dragon to devour your neighbor's precious little Unicorn. Smile. Eat pretzels. Drink (root?) beer. And, rain havoc down from above. Only five minutes to learn. Contents: 90 full-color cards with fantasy themed art rule sheet
