Description

Passa Letra is a deduction game for two to four players where each participant secretly writes a word on their personal letter cards and tries to keep it hidden while uncovering their opponents' words. Each player sets up a word holder with four or five face-down letter cards, with an alphabet tracker visible to the other players. On their turn, a player rolls the die and moves a shared pawn along the board, which lands on a specific letter. The active player then chooses one opponent and asks whether their hidden word contains that letter. If it does, the opponent must flip the corresponding card face-up, revealing its position. If not, the opponent marks that letter off on their alphabet tracker for all to see. Special spaces on the board let the active player freely choose any letter from a given range. When a player feels confident, they may guess an opponent's full word on their turn — a correct guess eliminates that opponent, but a wrong guess forces the guesser to reveal one of their own letters. The last player with an undiscovered word wins.
