Pomorskaya Lotsia ("Pomeranian Map") is a racing board game in which players control ships going to catch fish in the Barents Sea. The essence of the game: each participant follows the water routes indicated on the navigation charts, catches fish, tries to avoid storms and delivers the catch to the seaports of Arkhangelsk and Onega, trying to sell it at a better price. The playing board consists of catch, storm, and port square cards laid out in a circle. Players take turns playing navigation cards, which move their ship tokens around the cards clockwise. A player who leaves a catch card on his turn can take it as a catch. The size of the hold is limited. If a player gets caught in a storm, he must discard one catch card.
