Race all-time-greats or the 2018 roster of World Cup skiers in the Giant Slalom. The system includes how to build a course and how to rate modern day skiers. You can run a single race, or an entire Alpine ski season. Each skier is rated on their starting ability, overall control, and general speed. Each stage o the course is rated by which attribute is of primary importance. At each stage, the player sets the ski mode: cautious, normal or charge. Then they roll the dice to determine the time spent in the segment. As you guide the skiers down the slope, you decide whether they should try to speed up, or reassert control (to avoid a fall). Each run takes just a couple of minutes to resolve. You can run an entire day s worth of a ski event in just an hour.
