You are the commander of a Soviet army combat group in WW2. You will take command in the hardest fought campaigns from 1941 Operation Barbarossa to 1945 Battle of Berlin! Each of your Campaigns involve both operational and tactical decisions. At the start of a Campaign, you select the Units and Commanders to make up your force. During each Week of the Campaign, you decide which Enemy Battalions to attack, which of your forces to allocate, and then resolve each Battle using the Tactical Battlefield. Your Commanders gain Experience with every Battle, but they also suffer Stress. Each Week, you must decide how hard to push your men to achieve Victory. T-34 Leader builds on the core mechanics of Tiger Leader and Sherman Leader while introducing new Units (Snipers, Partisans, Command Groups and Cossacks), various Difficulty Levels, rules for Elevation and Urban Combat, and an Opportunity Fire step that allows Infantry and Snipers to break cover and make a surprise attack! T-34 Leader is a Solitaire wargame, so you can play at your own pace. Expansion packs will offer Mud/Snow Terrain tiles (and Special Rules)}, Expansion packs that provide variable Units, and three full-blown Battle Packs covering The Winter War (Soviet v. Finland), Manchuria (Soviet v. Japan) and Prokhorovka (Soviet v. Germans in the wider Battle of Kursk).
