Every player starts with a hand of 13 cards, with values from 2 to Ace, just like in a poker deck. You choose a card to play simultaneously. The highest card wins and gets to be placed in the 3x3 arena. In case there are ties, all tied cards automatically lose. Some cards have special effects which affect the game situation.
