Clinch! is a pocket-sized dueling game for two players, inspired by the tension and rhythm of a twelve-round boxing match. Each turn, players roll three dice and must assign one die to themselves, one to their opponent, and one to their Initiative for the next round. Every die face has a different effect depending on who receives it, creating constant tactical questions about timing, risk, and advantage. Players manage four key resources — RES, EN, Guard, and Pressing — while deciding when to absorb a hit, push the tempo, or unleash a once-per-match Special Move. Going below zero RES sends a boxer to the mat, raising the Knock Count and increasing the danger of a final KO. A match can end by knockout or, if both fighters endure all twelve rounds, by points based on round victories.
