Scraby is a fast-paced, strategic, and social word-building game played on a unique hexagonal honeycomb board. Players place hex-letter tiles to build words in six possible directions — horizontal, vertical, and four diagonals — unlocking a level of creativity and tactical depth impossible on traditional square grids. Scraby runs on the UPV Layer System, giving players two modes every turn: Layer 0 (Chaos Mode): Roll Blue or Red dice for social, unpredictable, and high-energy twists. Layer 1 (Classic Mode): Skip the roll using tokens and play pure strategy. Bonus spaces (x2, x3, x4), hex-tile synergies, and layered decision-making turn Scraby into a modern, dynamic, and replayable experience for families, casual players, and word-game lovers. Fresh, elegant, and re-evolutionary — Scraby reinvents the word-game genre. —description from the designer
