Panadero con el Pan is a competitive card game where each player becomes a Mexican sweet bread baker. Your goal is to bake the right breads, serve customers as they appear, and finish with the highest score. At the beginning of the game each player receives secret mission cards. These provide optional objectives that award bonus points at the end if completed. There are three main card types in the game. Bread cards are the pastries you bake and place on your trays. Customer cards come from a separate deck. Each customer shows exactly which breads they want and how many stars(Points) they are worth. All players can see the customers in play and compete for the same, but customers can only be claimed on your own turn. Event cards are mixed into the bread deck and allow actions such as stealing a bread, swapping trays, protecting your pastries, or burning a rival bread to force a discard. On your turn you play breads to your trays, use event cards in your hand to sabotage other players and lastly draw cards to always have 5. If you meet the requirements of any visible customer during your turn you can claim that card and earn the stars shown. This is the main way to score points. The game uses only cards. Strategy is built around timing your plays, managing your hand, and using events to help yourself or interfere with others. The game ends when the customer deck runs out. Players total the stars from their claimed customers and add any bonus points from completed secret missions. The baker with the highest final score wins. Panadero con el Pan is quick to learn, fast paced, and full of fun interactions as players compete to bake the right breads and serve customers to claim points. —description from the designer
