You're pets that love to cause trouble and love it even more when your fellow pets get the blame. Can you outsmart your fellow house mates whithout getting cought by your owner? Pesky Pets is quick game full of surprises and tactical depth with a lot of interesting decisions and fun stories. In Pesky Pets players simultaneously reveal cards that show the level of mischief they perform the initiative number (time of day) that indicates the turn order in which each animal performs their shenanigans. the room they move to You choose how to orient the played card to show whether you're causing trouble first, and move to the indicated room afterwards, or whether you move to that room first and perform the mischief there. When performing the mischief, you place the card in the room your animal is in. But better be careful: when you make too much noise, the owner will come to that room to see what all the fuss is about. This is an excellent time to frame your fellow pets, but when the owner finds you alone in the room, or when you perform the mischief in front of your owner, you get the blame yourself. After playing all your cards (7-8 depending on player count) all the collected mischief cards score you minus points and the player with the least minus points (the best reputation) wins the game! In Pesky Pets players are invited to narrate what their animal did in that particular room (i.e the bedroom, the kitchen) ranging from mild annoyance (level 1) to unpleasant chaos (level 4) creating memorable stories each time the game is played. —description from the designer
