Olimpus transforms classic dominoes into a dynamic, chaotic, and highly interactive experience. Each player begins with a traditional hand of tiles, but every turn is impacted by the Blue Die — a tension-building mechanic that can reveal tiles, invert turn order, force players to draw, recover tokens, or trigger unexpected effects. Players may spend tokens to avoid the randomness, creating constant decisions between control and risk. The Red Die introduces social twists and table-wide disruptions: exchanging tiles with neighbors, revealing information, receiving tiles from opponents, or triggering free-play moments that shift the strategic landscape. Every round becomes unpredictable, emotional, and full of surprise turns that reshape the table. Despite the chaos, Olimpus keeps the core of dominoes intact: players still build matching chains and race to empty their hands. The difference is the explosive layer of interaction, tension, and dramatic reversals, turning a classic logic game into a cinematic experience. —description from the designer
