Tank Commander: North Africa is a tactical-level, narrative-style 1-2 player wargame using a tables-based game engine where you command a British Army Matilda II tank fighting against enemy German forces in Libya, North Africa during May-June 1942. Abstracted British Army Forces. You are never alone on the battlefield. One D6, two D10, one D12, and one D20 dice are required to play. 5 minute game setup and breakdown times. A medium size table is recommended for game setup. Total play time to complete a Short campaign game takes approximately 2.5 hours, with a typical battle averaging 30 minutes. Total play time to complete a Long campaign game takes approximately 5 hours, with a typical battle averaging 30 minutes. Adjustable starting difficulty based on player's skill level.
