Dindex is our card game for 2 to 7 players, designed above all to be fun. You slip into the role of political parties and play as democrats or oligarchs. Your role remains secret. As democrats, you try to get into government in order to earn government points and win the game. Without a lot of votes, there's nothing you can do. The temptation to become populist in order to manipulate voters is great. The oligarchs also want to come to power. But they are not interested in government points, but in the abolition of democracy. Therefore, they must be careful not to be found out too quickly. If you play anti-democratically, the democracy index (or Dindex for short) drops and increasingly harsh action cards can be played. If the democrats are not careful, the game will be over quickly.
