Description

Fiesta is a competitive memory game for 2 to 4 players, ages 5 and up, with quick rounds of about 10 minutes. Inspired by the Andean celebration of Pachamama —the Mother Earth —, the game blends the ritual spirit of music and dance with the fun of uncovering matching pairs and trios of cards. Each player seeks to connect with nature through play, evoking traditional instruments like the zampo a, charango, or rain stick, in an atmosphere that celebrates harmony and balance with the Earth. The goal is to reach 10 points by finding matching cards on a 3x6 grid. On their turn, a player flips a card and tries to find its match; if successful, they can either stop (earning 1 point) or take a risk and try to find a third identical card (worth 5 points). If they miss, the turn passes to the next player. Whenever matching cards appear in the same row, those rows are shuffled to keep everyone guessing. The game ends when someone reaches 10 points, crowning the Fiesta in honor of Pachamama with a joyful mix of memory, intuition, and collective celebration.
