Trick or Beat presents itself as a collectible card game — but without the hassle of collecting. Players receive all 150 cards right from the start. It has a quick setup, while steering clear of deck-building burdens. At the beginning of a match, you draw 15 cards and choose 8 to keep. Each round, players draw from a shared deck, summoning creatures, activating abilities, and making strategic attacks. Victory can be achieved through two distinct paths: either by defeating all of the opponent s creatures or by skillfully filling your Trick stack and amassing powerful bonuses from it. Additionally, spatial strategy plays a key role—creatures are placed each turn into either an active or passive lane: active creatures can attack and use abilities but are more vulnerable, while passive ones are safer but less powerful
