Eldritch Rivalry is a competitive strategy game for 1–4 players, inspired by Lovecraftian myths, ancient gods, and dark cults. Each player leads a unique cult in a ruthless race to earn the favor of the Great Old Ones. Over the course of 12 rounds, players move across the map and take up to three actions per turn — such as drawing or playing cards, completing missions, sacrificing acolytes, and buying from the market — while racing to complete shared objectives before their rivals to earn precious rewards. Objectives are limited and can only be claimed by one player, adding urgency, player conflict, and area contention. In addition to competing for missions, players can also sacrifice their acolytes to perform powerful rituals that grant victory points and unique strategic advantages. Games last around 90 minutes with 4 players.
