LID-VA! is a cooperative game created by the Chair in Leadership and Values at UManresa – UVic-UCC that invites you to become part of the management team of an NGO developing humanitarian projects around the world. Faced with real-life challenges such as emergencies, social campaigns or educational initiatives, you will have to make decisions, select teams and lead with emotional intelligence. Game objective: complete missions by collaborating with people of diverse profiles, complementary skills and different perspectives.
