Five Boroughs is a polyomino tile-laying game in which players compete over three rounds to build and grow the best city. Each round, players use cards to obtain and place tiles to expand each of their five boroughs, connect parks and surround skyscrapers to gain bonuses, and score based on how successfully they've built their overall city.
