But sometimes the roles reverse... and when a reversible card shows up, the whole power balance flips. BL Trick-Taking is a trick-taking game where each card represents a BL character archetype with a strength value and a role (seme or uke). Players play one card per trick, and the strongest seme is paired with the weakest uke to form a couple. Each resulting couple scores points based on how shippable the match is according to a predefined table. Occasionally, reversible (リバ) cards shift the suit hierarchy, introducing dynamic power flips mid-game. Bonus points are awarded for thematic consistency—like achieving a total uke or total seme hand. It s a campy, strategic game of roleplay, rhythm, and reading the room.
