Description

Morph is a customizable card battle game that blends the accessibility of a board game with the depth of a TCG. Its first innovation is immediately visible: every card has a detachable illustration. Slipped into sleeves, Morph cards can be overlaid with any standard-sized card (63 88 mm) — from another TCG, a board game, a photo, or a printed drawing — giving players endless creative freedom without altering gameplay. In the Starter Pack, each player chooses one of six Prodigies, dual-colored leaders that define your strategy. You then combine two factions to create a ready-to-play 24-card deck. Games last about 20 minutes, in duel or solo mode, with streamlined mechanics designed to eliminate common frustrations of TCGs: - No mana death (each turn you sacrifice one card to generate mana). - No top-decking (you always draw back to four cards). - No snowballing (creatures return under their owner s deck after dealing damage). The Initiation Pack includes 4 of the game s 6 factions, each with a distinct archetype: - Instinct – speed and direct damage - Chaos – destruction and reanimation - Flux – regeneration and card advantage - Swarm – multiplication of small creatures Each Prodigy card is double-sided (masculine front / feminine back) and, like Creature cards, features a detachable illustration for full customization. Morph is designed with inclusivity in mind: all cards are printed with icons on the left side of the front and mirrored on the back, ensuring perfect readability for both right- and left-handed players. The compact 60 35 cm play area works equally well face-to-face or side-by-side. Morph positions itself as a hybrid TCG — a modular, accessible game to enjoy as a quick, strategic duel or as a gateway into deeper deckbuilding when the full cycle launches in 2026. —description from the designer
