The game consists of a die, an hour glass and 36 cards: 12 for sports (blue), leisure (orange) and nature (green) each. The oldest player starts and roles a die. The color of the die decides the color of the card deck to select from. The player has to do the exercise described on the card for the number of times the die gives. If the player does that successfully, he gets the card. The player who manages to get 4 cards of the same color first wins the game.
