Welcome to the world of BloodFeud, a tabletop miniatures game where you can lead your army to victory in competitive and solo play. Choose a mighty host from history, create your warlord avatar and you can personally engage in mortal combat. Vikings vs Samurai, Mongols vs Egyptians, Romans vs Crusaders - it s all possible in the world of BloodFeud. With revolutionary rules, tools and training, you can recreate battles from history, or feud it out in incredible what if match-ups. 1 Battle - 1000 Outcomes BloodFeud makes use of innovative turn-based effects through random card draw. The tension and excitement builds as each warlord discovers how the battle space has changed and evolved as the battle progresses. From simple weather changes, to discovery of equipment or even being joined by fresh troops or being set upon by assassins, the outcome of each battle is never truly known until the last sword is drawn. Historical but Exciting BloodFeud has its roots in history and all troop types, equipment and heroes come from historical reference. BloodFeud seeks to be different however to the mainstay of historical wargames in that it allows the player to leave their mark and make the game their own. Roman Gladiators can battle it out with Saracen Marmluks. Samurai can lead a last charge against Hannibals war elefants. The strictures of historical wargaming are lifted, and BloodFeud allows the players imagination to drive the game forward. Unforgiving Fast Paced Combat Dice rolling is the bane of modern wargaming. Buckets of dice and counters reign as rolls to hit and wound are coupled with armor and invulnerability saves. What this means is that half the game is spent counting dice when it could be spent playing out a grand strategy or walking your opponent into a cunning trap. Combat in BloodFeud is by single die rolling for each attack. Rolling to hit, wound and save is built into one single roll on a D10. Beyond the metrics of mathematic battle, BloodFeud introduces the player to battle outcome effects. Battle lines can be pushed back, morale can waiver or formations can even be broken into disarray, to be ridden down as they flee. Death on the battlefield has never been closer than in BloodFeud. Models and heroes particularly, including the player as the warlord, do not have a buffer of wounds to make up for hazardous strategy. An arrow that pierces armor is just as deadly to a footman as it is to a king. If you lead from the front, be prepared to pay the iron price. Artificial Intelligence for Solo and Coop Play The Battle Buddy AI system is the ever ready gaming companion that the player has never had. Let s be truthful, in a modern world where life can be all too busy, it can be difficult to connect with other players for an afternoon and play a tabletop game. Even with BloodFeuds advanced mechanics allowing for a game to be played in as little as 45 minutes, sometimes, time is the chief enemy. Battle Buddy AI brings a new level of solo or cooperative play to the table. While not truly artificial intelligence , Battle Buddy does bring a scalable opponent, of variable difficulty and aggression to fight against. Turn by turn the Battle Buddy s army will manoeuvre and engage your forces in a coordinated strategy. Battle Buddy will seek to take objectives, launch spearhead attacks and defend against your thrusts. Not only is Battle Buddy a fantastic training tool and genuine gaming opponent, the Battle Buddy can also be your loyal ally in multiple army games with both Human and Battle Buddy armies or in cooperative play against a common foe. Custom Miniatures BloodFeud s proprietary miniatures range is crafted to allow for maximum customisation by the player. Joints are designed around balls and sockets, so torso s, arm s and head s can be posed in an almost unlimited number of ways. Stepping away from the industry wide mono-pose models, BloodFeud offers you the flexibility to use your imagination. Have you ever wanted to
