City Tour is a cooperative route-building game for 1–4 players set in the ever-changing streets of Paper City. Working as a team of bus drivers, players must transport colorful passengers to their matching tourist attractions over a series of 12 increasingly challenging days, divided into four levels. On each turn, a player draws two Route tiles, places one in front of the bus, and moves the bus forward. As the bus travels, it picks up passengers and drops them off automatically when passing their matching attractions. To succeed, enough passengers must be delivered to meet each attraction s requirement before the bus exits the city. Later levels introduce new obstacles and special rules—such as ticket inspections, restricted routes, and specific drop-off conditions—that add complexity to the puzzle.
