This game consists of nine typographer's quads (the Danish word for quad is geviert) - small lead pieces for letterpress printing, each being a four-sided stick with a nick on one side. On your turn you throw the nine quads three times, each time counting the number of nicks up, and adding the three throws. The player with the lowest sum loses. A variant has the sum of the two first throws multiplied by the third.
