Each player takes on the role of an Adventurer and journeys through the world, collecting helpful smallfolk, finding powerful relics, and visiting mythic wonders. Find heroes along the journey to help you, and amass Victory Points by playing cards into your story. The game ends when all the Victory Points in the middle have been claimed.
