Instead of directly translating German idioms into English, players create humorous 'Denglish' sentences—where 'D' stands for Deutsch (German). Each player draws a card and attempts to first translate the Denglish sentence into German, and then find the correct English equivalent. Successfully doing both allows them to keep the card and earn points. The player with the most points at the end wins the game.
