While three research ships proceed to complete their mission, for an unknown reason, two of the ships explode and one is seriously damaged. The heavily damaged ship managed to remain in one piece. When the crew on the ship comes to their senses after the explosion, they realize that their only chance is to repair the ship as soon as possible.
