A very early word game, somewhat like 5 card draw poker without the wagering. There are 48 letter cards; 5 are dealt to each player, and each in turn gets one chance to discard any number of cards and receive an equal number from the deck. Then hands are scored: 3, 4 or 5 points for a 3, 4 or 5-letter word; -1 if it's a plural that ends in 'S'; +10 for each hard letter (Q, V, W, X, Y, Z) in the word (the cards are labeled as hard); or 20 points for 3 of a kind (UUU), 50 points for 4 of a kind (OOOO). Play to an agreed amount of time, hands, or points; the highest score wins.
