Fano Trick consists of 8 rules cards which, according to the rules, form the "smallest finite projective plane". In essence, each rule card lists several possible victory conditions for a player (e.g. win 0 tricks, win at least 1 trick and don't collect 4 suits.) Players are dealt two such cards and pass one face up to their clockwise neighbor. Each player's goal is the common rule between the card they were passed and the card they kept. The trick-taking is standard must follow. The winner(s) are the players that achieve their goal.
