Last Heard is a game centered around dark humor and is about having an eye for the morbidly funny aspect of death and disaster. It s a variation on the idea of the last words someone speaks before they die: Last Heards are the last words someone hears before they go to that big mansion in the sky. Players of Last Heards make combinations between Text Cards (containing a quote of the last words someone hears before they bump off) and a Photo Card, depicting the lethal situation that led to their unfortunate end. An impartial referee (known as The Executioner ) decides which combination between Text Card and Photo Card wins the round. Last Heard is also a board game. The player who wins the round, throws a dice and moves forward on the board. A surprising feature of Last Heards is that the player who reaches the finish first, also wins the game. The playing board features Verdict cards. A player who lands on a Verdict Square on the game board, has to pick a Verdict Card and vill follow ze instructions on ze card.
