Description from the Illustrated Catalogue of Parker Brothers' Standard Games (1889): "The most popular card game published this season. An excellent game to play, and suited for all ages. The cards are of different tints and are illustrated with well executed etchings of several characters of old witchcraft times. Every card is thus illustrated. The object of the players is in emulation of the good old spirit of 1692 to capture as many witches and their able assistants, the black cats, as possible. Retail Price, 25 Cents."
