From the rules: The object of the game is to concoct the "super sandwich." This is a sandwich comprised of any assortment of foods which will provide the RDA of protein, calcium, iron, vitamin A, vitamin B-complex and vitamin C, and still not contain calories in excess of the recommended allowance. Players purchase foods and record the content of each of these nutrients. The first player to accumulate the RDA in each nutrient while remaining within the allowable calorie intake, makes the "super sandwich" and wins the game.
