Pick a place to enter the ice from the outer edge of the game board and spin the spinner. Move that many spaces in a straight line stopping if it hits another penguin (which gets bumped one space even if it means off the board). The game ends when all player's penguins are on the ice. Penguins that have another penguin on all 4 orthogonal sides earn 1 point. Player with the most points wins.
