Players take turns rolling dice and moving along the streets in their neighborhood. Players can stop at their house and draw cards that display either a positive "Save" number or a negative "Waste" number. Players can also visit three commercial buildings in the neighborhood where they can purchase service cards that will enhance their "Save" numbers. At the beginning of each round, each player will receive income that is equal to the "Save" minus "Waste" numbers on their cards. The game also provides ways to acquire extra "Save" cards and to get rid of "Waste" cards. Play ends when all the cards in the house have been taken. The player with the most points (Save minus Waste) at that time wins.
