(冲冠一怒)One Wave of Headgear-lifting Anger is a 2-3 player game set in the battle for ShanHai Pass, at the final days of Ming-dynasty. The 3 factions of Shun, Qing and Ming s remanent GuanNing Army engages in the delicate 3-sided struggle. In March 1644, Li Zicheng s Shun-dynasty breaches Ming s capital Beijing, and Emperor Chongzhen commits suicide seeing the collapse of his dynasty. Noticing this, the Qing-dynasty decided to seize the opportunity and attempt to enter inner China. Now both the Shun and Qing have their eyes fixed on the strategically critical Shanhai Pass on the Great Wall. At that time, the remanent of Ming s elite GuanNing Army under the command of Wu Sangui is stationed at the pass, and will become a force that could easily tipped the balance. In the game, players activate their generals by playing the respective cards. Each general can activate a set number of units, often only the units under his direct command. When unwilling to play a card, player can also conduct a basic action instead, which is weaker but allow you to preserve your hand. However, once 5 basic actions (shared among all players) are conducted, the turn would immediately end. Players must plan carefully to control the flow of battle to the favorable pace.
