"Help Sailor Moon & the Sailor Scouts protect Earth from the Negaverse and the Negamoon." Each player has a custom deck of sixty cards. One player uses the Space Scouts Deck, the other player controls the Nega Deck. Alternate sets of cards for the Nega Deck are used to reflect the events of season one (Negaverse) and season two (Negamoon). The first player to win three hands wins the game.
