Description

In this tactical card game based on the Mobile Suit Z Gundam television series, players assemble a fleet of random spaceships, mobile suits (mecha), and pilots with the goal of eliminating their opponents' forces. Each player starts with 4 random Ship Cards (or 3 in a 5-6 player game) and 8 Special Cards (Mobile Suit (MS) Cards, Pilot Cards, and Event Cards) to form their fleets. On their turn, each player draws one Special Card from the deck and has the option of playing an MS with a Pilot from their hand to their fleet, playing an Event Card, attacking an opponent's Ship with their own Ship or MS, or attacking an opponent's MS with their own MS. In combat, each player rolls a number of 6-sided dice equal their unit's Combat Strength and score a hit for each die roll less than their Hit Number. When a unit is destroyed, the victor takes the card and adds it to their score pile. The game ends in one of three conditions, decided on by players before the start of the game: a) The Special Card deck is depleted. b) One player loses all the spaceships in their fleet. c) Only one player has spaceships in their fleet. At the game end, each player tallies up their score based on the opponent Ships, MS units, and Pilots they destroyed in combat. The player with the highest score is the winner.
