The board is set up with the 14 RED pegs in the holes ringed with Red, 14 BLUE pegs in the holes ringed with Blue, the YELLOW KEY peg in the Red Star, and the GREEN KEY peg in the Blue Star. The game is won by the player who first positions his KEY peg in the diagonally opposite square or blocks any further move by his opponent. A player may move over his own or the opponent's single pegs in one or more successive steps as in "Draughts" or from hole to hole in FORWARD or DIAGONAL direction only. No side or backward movement is allowed. KEY pegs may be moved ONLY along the straight arrowed line from STAR to SQUARE, and only the KEY pegs should be placed in the squares. No pegs are to be removed from the board.
