Players move their pawn around the board. Most spaces allow to invest in a building project. First player may buy the material, next player (may be the same) landing on this space may buy the work needed for this specific project. If a player lands there again, the project will be realized on a vacant place in the center of the board but the player who paid for the material must buy an allowance. After that, the indicated revenue will be shared equally. From now on, the player who paid for the material may earn a rent if another player lands on that space. There are less places than projects. When all places are occupied, the richest player wins. —user summary
