ツクローマ (Tsukuroma) is a card game from Japan. Players are trying to build the highest rank of three cards using only the Roman numerals I, V and X. But each card they discard has an effect which is applied at discard. The game has only 16 cards; 8 I Cards, 5 V and 3 X cards. The deck is shuffled, payers are dealt three hand cards and the remainder go as a draw pile. On a player's turn, they draw one card and either place one card in front of themselves or discard one card. each card has a special effect, and the one they discard is applied immediately.
