"Fight For Tobruk !" is a conflict simulation of Rommel's attack on Tobruk in June 1942. The game is based on Conflict Game Company's "The Fall of Tobruk" but is not a reproduction, according to the designer. "Fight For Tobruk !" is an operational level wargame in which each turn represents one day, each hex represents 170 meters, and units are companies or battalions. The components include: - B&W cardstock coversheet - six-page rulebook containing two pages of rules, a blank page, setup instructions, designer's notes, tables, charts and OOB - B&W cardstock game turn track - yellow cardstock A4-sized hex map - cardstock sheet containing 53 uncut counters in two colors Fredrik Malmberg started Wellington Wargames (later Swedish Games Production) at 14 and published a wargaming magazine, "The Combat". "Fight For Tobruk !" was his second design, with 1,000 copies being printed and mimeographed.
