It is most probably an unlicensed copy of GW's The Fury of Dracula. Mechanics, components and theme were taken from Dracula. Agnieszka Żak is credited in the rulebook for "Game idea". Neither the original designer of The Fury of Dracula nor Games Workshop are credited. Theme was adjusted to be more "polish" and completely new artwork was created. The map was also changed — the connections are different and instead of traveling trough XIX century western Europe, we have something similar to Poland territory in years 1918-1945.
