A clown figure is attached to a game board by means of a brass tube. Players take turns throwing rope rings from ten feet away. For every successful throw or "Ringer", 25 points is scored. The player with the highest score after ten turns wins. Alternatively, players can play to an agreed-upon score to win the game.
