BatKrun is the contraction of the Creole word Bat Kar (to walk) and Run (short for R union) and can be translated as Alons bat kar La R union . The goal of the game is to obtain the famous title of Ambassador of Reunion by gathering the 5 Ambassador cards of the 5 zones of the game: North, East, South, West and Les Hauts.
