Korzenie Siekierek is an adventure boardgame about history of Siekierki, that now are part of the Mokot w department. During the game players will meet famous people form this village and take part in important historical events. All components including event cards and board are based on true historical information, gathered during hundreds of hours of meetings with former citizens of Siekierki. During each of their turns, player roll 3 dices, chooses two of them and move their pawn through the types of terrain indicated by dices (fields, pawns, swamps...). When they finish their movement on certain points on the main board (the map) they can perform corresponding action. For example visiting blacksmith gives them special items, in chapel they can rest etc. Most important places are areas with crystal tokens - there players can fulfill tasks (sometimes alone, sometimes in cooperation with other players). Fulfilling tasks grants vicory points, items or bonus abilities. First player, who completes 3 hard tasks (red ones) wins the game. Korzenie Siekierek combines educational and historical values ​​with good fun, requiring a well-thought-out strategy, cooperation between players and a bit of luck.
